This page explains how to add the "Need Research Help?" box with the chat widget to your LibGuides.
Click on "Add Box" and on the next screen pick the "Reuse existing box" tab.
Navigate to the page called "Tools" and then add the box "Need Research Help?".
Do not click the "Copy" box. If you do this it will create a separate box that will no longer be linked to this box. If you do this, your box won't update if we update the original box.
Also, you will want to set the page layout so that this chat box is in a column that is at least 33% of the page width. Otherwise, the menu will be squished when the patron is chatting.
