Microform Access (1936–2001)

For older issues of the Federal Register, the UCSB Library has the microfilm collection beginning with volume 1 and continuing to 2001. Our holdings are located in the Government Information collection on the second floor at the following location:

Federal Register Indexes

Annual Indexes include entries, with Federal Register page numbers, for all documents published in a calendar year

The Government Information collection includes print copies of the annual indexes for the Federal Register from 1955–2009 (with the exception of 1998).  These indexes can be found in the Government Information Reference collection.
