The California Business Alliance for a Green Economy was created to amplify the business voice in support of policies to help move us toward cleaner energy, less dependence on fossil fuel, and to help us avoid the economic and social disruptions associated with climate change.

Comprehensive, online resource to save money & facilitate voluntary greenhouse gas emissions reductions. Search for rebates and incentives for projects in the funding wizard, and use the customizable carbon footprint calculator to determine your business's carbon footprint.

Offers incentives and assistance to encourage businesses to implement voluntary actions to protect, preserve, and improve the environment beyond what current laws require. Businesses meeting these criteria can be certified as green businesses.
The Green Business Program provides:
-Guidebooks, resources, and assistance to businesses wanting to be green
-Certifies businesses through on-site visits and evaluation
-Highlights certified businesses so that local consumers can shop green.

Sponsors programs geared towards energy efficiency and conservation, sustainability, green building and green purchasing practices.
