This guide is for the Coastal Media Project to conduct research at Special Research Collections

Document & Image Scans

  • Reproductions of collection materials may be made for personal research and educational use without permission from the rights holder.
  • Low resolution PDF reproductions can be made for reference in the Reading Room using our provided scanner.
  • Higher resolution reproductions may be made by SRC staff for a fee based on staff availability, quantity, format, size, and condition.
  • Reproductions of collection materials for commercial or for-profit use requires consultation with curators and/or rights holders.
  • SRC does not hold copyright to the majority of its collections and does not offer licensing for commercial use in most instances.
