Chem 125L is an introduction to the process of chemical, biological, and physical research. You
will have the opportunity to pursue an original research project in the manner of a faculty-run
laboratory. It is a mysterious journey; one with many twists and turns that enables you to gain
expertise through your own observations, assertions, and arguments.

This guide is a collection of resources for research in biochemistry and molecular biology. These include tools for SciFinder, the most important tool for searching the chemical and biochemical literature; collections of tested procedures and protocols for biological research, as well as video demonstations of lab procedures, and collections of data and other information on biochemical topics.
