Windows 11 Update: 

The "Russian for Gringos" keyboard works for Windows 11 users. With this version of Windows the selected language is no longer program-specific.  If you select a language it will be your input language across multiple applications until you change it (like it works for Mac users).

    • Tip: if you can't enter the search in Russian, or don't know what something is called in Russian, try searching the English version of Wikipedia. When you find an article, look in the "in other languages" section at lower left to see if there is a Russian article on the topic. Click on "Русский" to see the article.
