UCSB Library California State Government Collection

The Library at the University of California, Santa Barbara, has been a complete depository for California State publications since 1972 and a selective depository since the 1950s. Most of these publications are cataloged and can be found by using UC's Library Search. They are located in the Government Information collection, and are arranged by California Document Classification number order.

The collection consists of publications covering a broad spectrum of interests, such as water quality, air pollution, bilingual education, AIDS, welfare, the budget, annual reports from California state agencies, legislative materials, statistical information, crime, and health issues.
