SEC Filings & Forms (EDGAR)
    "Search Companies and Filings" allows you to retrieve filings for a specific company and to find key company information,  including name, address, telephone number, state of incorporation, Central Index Key (CIK) number, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code, and fiscal year end.

    AnnualReports.com provides instant access to annual reports in their actual format in one location.

FINDING ARTICLES

Business Source Complete and Academic Search Complete
    Index and full-text of thousands of trade and scholarly publications in business, economics, and related fields. Also includes various market research reports, company research reports, and country research reports.

    To search both databases at once:
       Choose databases (near top of screen)
       check boxes for both and click OK.

    Search company name and Securities and Exchange Commission. Look on the left for options.

LexisNexis Academic
There are several options in Lexis Nexis:
    For SEC filings use Easy Search, type in company name and check the SEC filings box
    For Company Dossier use Business and type in company name;
    For articles use News, type company name in the first box and Securities and Exchange Commission in the second box.
    Always look for the "Specify date" field (default could be only 3 months).
    Look at the options listed on the left when search results are displayed.
