SEC Filings & Forms (EDGAR)
    "Search for Company Filings" allows you to retrieve filings for a specific company and to find key company information,  including name, address, telephone number, state of incorporation, Central Index Key (CIK) number, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code, and fiscal year end.
    Search by Ticker Symbol recommended.

Helps you find how the stock prices were affected

HISTORICAL WEBPAGE DISPLAY:

What information was your company sharing with the public and it's investors at the time of its SEC investigation? Use the WayBack Machine to find out!

Steps for use:
1) Type in company's website (www.xerox.com)
2) Select the year you're interested in viewing (Xerox had an SEC investigation in 2002, so you would jump directly to 2002)
3) Look for a date on the calendar that is highlighted in blue, click on that to get taken to the way the company's website was displayed on this date in history. Internal links should work as well.
