If you would like to research briefs and arguments for Supreme Court cases, you can find supporting information on the following pages.

    • If you are off-campus, please be sure to log in for the off-campus access.
    • Once inside LexisNexis, click on the drop-down box for All Nexis Uni.
    • Click on Briefs, Pleadings, and Motions.
    • You can use the Party Name or the Brief Citation number to find your Brief.
      • Please note, that when searching for briefs, the citation number for your case will not be the same as the citation number for the brief.
      • Cases and briefs have unique citation numbers, so use the case name or keywords to locate your brief instead.
