Earlier this year the UCSB Library participated in LibQUAL+, an international survey designed to measure library service satisfaction. Our results were very enlightening and we learned a lot about how you use and view the library...  but we want to learn more. Help us understand your concerns and ways that we can improve.

As we prepare for the library addition and renovation project, it is vital that we hear from you to help shape the future.Please take a minute to review the questions and share your feedback with us. During the Winter and Spring quarters we will be conducting a series of focus groups to learn more about your needs and how the library can better serve you.
